Cool!

John Klatt says:

Hey Todd, not sure about the comment regarding half and half. Over here
state side half and half has about 10-12% milk fat. We do have Heavy
Whipping Cream which is nearer to 35-40% milk fat. I don’t know that the
half and half would work out too well for this.

groovular1 says:

Half & half is actually something different than whipping cream. We have
whipping cream in the US. Half & half is whole milk and cream, and whipping
cream is heavy cream.

jeemz662 says:

no offence, but i’ve been watching your videos for quite some time now and
evertime i just can’t help but wonder why you have this grey blemish on
your forehead?

kkatlynismyname says:

Love this idea! By the way, in america its heavy whipping cream, not half
and half.

mara295 says:

It is NOT half and half. It is heavy whipping cream. This recipe would
still work with half and half, and likely a lot more quickly because of the
higher water content, but would not taste as creamy.

GinnyRoseMakeup says:

In America we do have whipping cream and half and half which is cream and
milk…

Fariyal Ayub says:

The ice and the salt react to create a endothermic reaction, thus leading
to heat energy leaving the surroundings, so the cream freezes.
