Stove-top mac ‘n cheese

Mac ‘n cheese usually starts with a white sauce ~ a roux made with butter, flour and milk. In this recipe, however, evaporated milk and egg are used as the base for the lovely pungent cheese.

Although mac ‘n cheese is often baked, this one is done after everything is combined on the stove. Which means you get to eat it in minutes!
